Withdrawal of funds is conditional upon successful completion of KYC verification. jl007 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending verification and to close accounts where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within one (1) hour for GCash and PayMaya transfers during standard operating hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
jl007 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the jl007 account holder.

Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. jl007 will process account closure requests within five (5) business days, subject to the completion of any pending transactions and compliance checks.
